As such, this 7ft Olympic barbell is suitable for all plate weight exercises, whether Olympic lifts, or power lifts, such as squats and deadlifts. This highly versatile Olympic barbell will support up to 1500lb/680kg and has a tensile strength of 216, 000 psi.
