Delivery
We currently deliver to UK mainland only.
If you place an order outside this area, our team will contact you with a delivery quote.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 5–7 working days
- Delivery is via a 48-hour courier service
- Weekend or timed delivery is available at an extra cost
Courier details
- Orders under 30kg: Parcelforce
- Orders over 30kg: UPS
If you ask the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place, this is at your own risk, and we cannot be responsible for any loss.
Pallet Deliveries (Large Orders)
- Delivered kerbside only
- Drivers cannot move items beyond this point
- Missed deliveries may incur re-delivery charges
- We’ll notify you in advance of your delivery date
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details (if a mobile number is provided).
If your order arrives in multiple parcels, please allow up to 48 hours for all items to arrive.
Missing Items
If something hasn’t arrived within 48 hours:
- Contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the courier
- This can take 5–7 working days
- If the item cannot be found, we’ll send a replacement

Returns
You can return most items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Include all parts and accessories
Please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked service
- Refunds are processed once items are received and inspected

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- Contact us within 14 days
- Send photos via email
We will arrange a refund, repair, or replacement, including covering return costs.
Ex-Demo & Used Items
We sometimes sell ex-display, refurbished, or used items at a reduced price.
- These items may show minor signs of use or cosmetic marks
- Condition details will be included in the product description where possible
