Weighing just 2kg, this expertly engineered barbell is suitable for incorporating into more cardiovascular routines. The premium grade barbell measures 1.42m with a diameter of 30mm, and has a smooth powder-coated finish for comfort . It comes complete with six weight plates, enabling the user to customise to their requirements and gradually increase the load in line with their capabilities.

Ergonomically designed for a more effective and productive workout, the six included weight plates are hexagonal in shape, which prevents any rolling during exercise and when moving between stations. With easy-to-grip handles, the plates can be used on or off the bar and facilitate quick weight changes. Clearly marked and colour coded, the weight plates can be easily and correctly identified at speed. These hexagonal weight plates are ideal for high repetition exercises with low weight loads and 2 collars are included to keep the weights secure on the bar during use.
